Aplicación
El condensador de polipropileno metalizado para módulos transistores IGBT MKP-IR se utiliza en redes snubber IGBT. El voltaje y la corriente máximos se absorben cuando se apaga el equipo para su seguridad.
Características
1. Descarga de doble cara para una mayor resistencia a altas temperaturas y para evitar una sobrecorriente.
2. Soporta el impacto de corrientes con impulso de alta frecuencia.
3. Baja inductancia intrínseca, poco incremento de temperatura.
4. Tipo seco, recubrimiento con resina epoxi sólida
5. Empaquetado con cinta de aislamiento electrónico (fácil instalación),
6. Pequeña resistencia en serie equivalente (ESR)
