Main features
1. The combination of current, voltageand damping magnetic steel parts, as well as pedestal and base parts adopt reinforcedfastenings to ensure the stability of the parts in the meter.
2. The magnetic bearing made of high stable materialhas strong magnetic property. The guiding part of thislong life mechanical energy meter adopts imported graphite bearing whichis self- lubrication and anti- abrasion,as well as high strength stainless steel axle pin. Thesecomponents constitute long life rotating element. So the stability and long life of meter can be ensured. Amagnetic thrust bottom bearing can also be selected, of which the upper oriented bearing is made of lubrication graphite lining and stainless steel needle.
3. The die casing frame is made of high quality steel plateby molding with excellent mechanical strength to assurethe stability and reliability of magnetic line.
4. Voltage components use all closed vacuum pouring coil in epoxy resin. Current components usedouble insulation structure which has good electrical characteristic. 
5. All kinds of error adjustment mechanisms adopt stepless shifting mechanism. The meter starting and creepingdon’t need to be adjusted.
6. Damping magnetic steel adopts alnico material, which has good temperature compensating characteristics. 
7. Meter terminal block is made of quality bakelite material which is moisture-resistantand fire-retardant by high temperature molding. 
8. Standard configuration of this long life mechanical energymeter adopts short terminal cover, which is helpful for reducing installation space and makingthe installation more convenient. An extended terminal cover can alsobe selected to ensure a safe electricity utilization.
9. Standard configuration of this long life mechanical energymeter has no handle. But we can add a handle to our long lifemechanical energy meter in order to make it more convenient to be carried accordingto your requirement (Please specify when ordering).
10. This long life mechanicalenergy meter adopts direct connect operation.Two types wiring is optional.
11. Single component measures single phase two wire active energy consumption.
12. External structure and service life 
 a. Metallic base and transparent AS cover and terminal coverhave a service life of more than 15 years.
 b. Bakelite base and PC cover and terminal cover which is anti-UVare made by overall molding. Their service life can reach over25 years.
